bajji Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bajji and its users. By accessing or using the bajjionline.cam website or the bajji mobile application, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — refers to the bajjionline.cam website and the bajji mobile application.
• "Member" or "User" — a person who has opened an account on bajji and is using the platform.
• "Service" — online betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming activities provided through bajji.
• "Account Balance" — the total amount of funds in a member's account, consisting of real deposits and bonuses.
• "Bonus" — additional balance provided as a promotional offer, which cannot be withdrawn before meeting the specified wagering requirements.

bajji reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bajji, a member must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. bajji may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Registration Process

Each member may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed. At the time of registration, the member must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Correct date of birth
• Email address (where applicable)

If a member uses false or incorrect information to open an account and receive services, bajji reserves the right to close the account and withhold the balance.

2.3 Eligibility Conditions

bajji's services are only available to individuals who have no legal restriction on participating in online gaming in their own jurisdiction. Employees of bajji or members of their immediate family are not eligible to use this service.

3.1 Responsibility for Login Credentials

The member is solely responsible for keeping their account username and password secure. Login credentials should not be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, bajji's support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajji may request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time to verify a member's identity. If the required documents are not provided within the specified timeframe after being requested, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Single Ownership of Account

A bajji account must be operated by one person only. Operating an account on behalf of someone else, or multiple people sharing a single account, is not permitted.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are available for depositing funds on bajji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for all methods).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Payment Verification

Before submitting a withdrawal request, the member must have fully verified their identity. bajji will only approve withdrawals to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless that method is no longer available.

4.4 Validity of Balance

The balance in an account is only usable within the bajji platform. Transferring this balance to another person or selling it to a third party is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; before withdrawing, the bonus must be wagered 20 times, i.e. ৳24,000.

5.2 General Bonus Claim Conditions

Before claiming any bonus, the specific terms of each promotion must be read carefully. All bonuses on bajji carry wagering requirements — bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before placing the required amount in bets. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Misusing bajji's bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts under different identities, or placing opposing bets to meet bonus conditions — may result in account closure and cancellation of the bonus balance.

5.4 Validity of Promotional Offers

bajji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Unused bonuses expire automatically once the promotion period ends.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bajji decides to void the bet due to a technical error. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed on bajji are subject to change. The odds shown at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Results are determined using bajji's technology platform and game provider data as the reference.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

The slots and casino games available on bajji are developed by certified software providers and operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each game has its own RTP and payout rules, which can be viewed in the game interface.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are broadcast in real time and the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a connection issue, the result will be determined according to bajji's server records.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajji platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting any technical error in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, disturbing, or attempting to defraud other members.
• Using or copying bajji's intellectual property without permission.
• Selling an account or transferring it to another person.

If any of the above conduct is detected, bajji may immediately suspend or close the account and reserves the right to take legal action.

10.1 Closure by bajji

bajji may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incomplete information
• Detection of suspected fraudulent activity
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Abuse of the bonus system

10.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Real funds in the balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

bajji provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. bajji will not be held liable for any loss caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or third-party software issues, though every effort will be made to resolve such matters fairly.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

12.2 Language and Interpretation

12.3 Partial Unenforceability

If any specific clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect. The unenforceability of one clause does not affect the rest of the Terms.
